After first practicing general civil litigation, I chose to narrow my focus to consumer bankruptcy so that I could learn the specifics of the Bankruptcy Code and make it accessible to clients. I truly enjoy helping our clients understand how the bankruptcy law can help them out from under the weight of extreme financial burdens. I also want to make sure that clients understand the limits of bankruptcy and when it may not be right for them. I enjoy working as a bankruptcy attorney because it gives me the chance to take some stress out of people's lives by helping them get their financial futures back on track.
