The majority of my work is on our existing Chapter 13 cases. After the initial Meeting of Creditors, I work together with our clients and the attorneys to obtain confirmation of the Chapter 13 Plans. After confirmation, and throughout the duration of the Chapter 13 bankruptcy, I address all of the Motion for Relief and Motion to Dismiss hearings, which most commonly arise when a client has missed mortgage or Trustee payments. Additionally, I handle adjustments to trustee payments in Chapter 13 cases to ensure they complete on time. I enjoy helping our clients feel comfortable and assured throughout their bankruptcy case. In my free time I enjoy traveling, painting my own original artwork and photography.
