2. Collection letters or notice of default letters from your mortgage, car lender or other creditors or their attorneys.
   
   
3. Lawsuit papers relating to garnishment, replevin or foreclosure.
   
   
4. Paycheck stub from the most recent check for you and your spouse.
   
   
5. Divorce agreement if you are recently divorced
   
   
6. Income tax returns from the past three years
   
   
7. Other documents that you believe will be helpful
