Kaleb D. Zelazoski Law Clerk

Law Clerk Kaleb supports attorneys on chapter 128 petitions, ranging from drafting the petitions to updating clients on the status of their chapter 128s. Along with this, he coordinates with trustees to ensure client cases can move forward efficiently. What he enjoy most about his work is being able to ease the concerns of clients with the process for chapter 128s.

Currently, Kaleb is a second-year law student at Marquette University Law School. I decided to go to law school because I wanted to help people, and sees bankruptcy law as a great way to do that. Coming from a family that constantly had debt struggles, he takes pleasure in knowing that his work plays a vital role in helping clients get the debt relief they deserve.

Kaleb spent the early years of his childhood in Stevens Point, Wisconsin before moving to Atlanta, Georgia due to his father's work. While only spending the first few years in Wisconsin, along with occasional trips back to visit family, he has always wanted to get back up here. So, after acquiring his undergraduate degree from Kennesaw State University, he saw law school was an opportunity to do just that.

Kaleb spends much of his free time leisure reading or with his wife, a local woman he met shortly after moving back to Wisconsin. He also enjoys cooking and baking, especially of the experimental nature which usually turns out well. Usually.
