Kristina Ehnert

As the Vice President of Operations and Marketing, Kristina is a trusted resource and provides invaluable support in overseeing statewide firm marketing, operations, IT, HR, and sales and growth initiatives, supporting and helping to drive the success of the firm. Her ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and creatively implement processes for increased efficiencies has allowed her to quickly gain a greater understanding of all facets of firm operations. She also works closely with firm staff to resolve any client issues, resulting in greater client satisfaction. Kristina is resourceful, innovative, and progressive in all functions.
Originally from Buffalo, NY, Kristina graduated with a degree in Computer Information Systems from Buffalo State College. Shortly after graduation, Kristina moved to Wisconsin. Kristina spent many years as the Vice President of Operations and Administration for the Better Business Bureau, both in upstate New York and in Wisconsin.
In her spare time, Kristina enjoys spending time with her husband and sons, enjoys learning about history, and loves to watch football and hockey. She also volunteers her time with InfraGuard Wisconsin Chapter and the Wisconsin Court Systems Office of Lawyer Regulation.
